We reserve a specific slot and route our team’s day around your appointment, so a little notice goes a long way.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment, right from your client portal or with a quick call or text. Inside 48 hours, a fee of up to 50% applies, because we've already reserved that slot and committed our team's time for the day.
