This is what we're built for. Vegas water leaves calcium and mineral buildup on showers, glass, and fixtures that a wipe-down won't touch. On every clean we soak those areas with a non-bleach calcium buildup treatment, then scrub and hand-clean. For heavy staining we'll make repeated attempts and tell you honestly if anything is permanent buildup versus dirt. We live and work in this valley, so we know what desert homes actually need.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Every home is different, so we price on the things that actually affect the work: square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the home, and how often you'd like us back. The fastest way to a real number is a free, no-obligation quote, it takes about two minutes.

Will my price change on the day of service?

No surprise charges, ever. Your quote is your price. If we arrive and your home genuinely needs more time than it was booked for, usually because it's larger or has more buildup than described, we stop and talk to you first. You then choose to have us clean up to the time you booked and focus on priority areas first, or add time at a discounted hourly rate, only if you approve it. Either way, the choice is yours before we do a single extra minute.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. Your quote covers the service you booked. Add-ons are completely optional and clearly priced up front, for example inside windows, oven, or fridge at $59 each, a linen change at $39, or laundry and dishes at $29 per load. If you don't add them, you don't pay for them.

When will I be charged?

Not until after your service is complete. To reserve your slot and send our team out, we keep a card on file and place a hold 24 hours before service. That hold is not a charge, it just confirms the booking is real so the spot isn't lost.

Do I have to sign a contract or commit to recurring service?

No contracts and no lock-in. Plenty of clients start with a single clean to see how we do. If you love it, recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) costs less per visit and keeps your home consistently fresh, but that's always your call, never a requirement.

It depends on the size and condition of your home. Your first clean usually takes the longest, since we're resetting everything and learning your space. After that, visits move faster. When we send your quote, we'll also give you a time estimate so you know what to expect.

Then we make it right, simple as that. The Cobalt Care Guarantee: if something was missed or you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of your service and we'll send our crew back to re-clean the area.

Yes, we bring everything. You don't need to provide a thing except access to the home. If you'd prefer we use your own products or tools, just let us know when you book.

You can request the same cleaner, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen. If they're ever unavailable, whoever we send is trained and vetted to the exact same standard, so the quality stays consistent.

It's rare, and never intentional, but if something is accidentally damaged, contact us right away or within 48 hours of service. We're insured, and we'll work with you to repair or replace the item.
